Audience Town is predicting 26 million potential home buyers in the next 12 months across the US. Although not all will actually move, they're actively considering buying.
Interestingly, those who own homes valued at 1 million or more make up only 7% of the population but represent 20% of the predicted buyers – a whopping 183% higher than the general US population.
This only further cements that in the upcoming year, challenges stemming from housing shortages, interest rates, and remote work will make homeownership less accessible to the general to all except the wealthiest buyers in the coming year.
